John Warren is Vice President and General Counsel of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the world’s largest anti-fraud organization with nearly 85,000 members in more than 180 countries. Mr. Warren is responsible for providing guidance, oversight and direction to ACFE management and staff on all legal issues that affect the ACFE. He is also an advisory member of the ACFE Board of Regents and sits on the Board of Directors of ACFE Foundation.
Aside from his legal duties, Mr. Warren is a co-author of the Report to the Nations, ACFE’s biennial study on the costs and effects of occupational fraud. He also represents the ACFE as a Board member and past President of the Institute for Fraud Prevention a multidisciplinary academic research center dedicated to supporting anti-fraud research.
