    CAN I EARN CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS BY ATTENDING?

    Participants can expect to receive CAMS, FIBA and CPE credits for participation in the conference.

    WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATE?

    Certificates of attendance will be available for pick-up on Friday afternoon at the registration desk.

    CAN I SHARE MY REGISTRATION PASS WITH MY COLLEAGUES?

    No. Conference passes are non-transferable.

    CAN I BRING A GUEST TO A COCKTAIL RECEPTION?

    Yes. If you wish to invite a guest to a cocktail reception, the cost is $50. Please see our staff at the registration desk to make your payment and pick up a name badge for your guest.

    WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE GENERAL REGISTRATION FEE?

    Your registration will include: Access to all areas of the meeting including: breaks, luncheon, corporate presentation rooms, meeting space and networking reception

    ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE ATTENDEES?

    Yes, we offer discounts for multiple attendees. Please contact our sales staff for information at 345-632- 2127.

    When will I receive an invoice?

    We will send you an invoice with information on methods of payment shortly after your registration.

    What are the methods of payment?

    You have the choice to pay by cheque or wire transfer. Details can be found on the invoice you will receive shortly after your registration.

    What happens if I have not paid my registration fee before the conference?

    You will be asked for payment (of the higher on-site registration fee, USD 950) when arriving at the conference venue. Any discounts offered are on the condition that payment is received in advance.

    Can I send a replacement?

    Yes. Please register your replacement online and mention in the comment field “replacement for XY”.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellations must be sent by October 1, 2011, to Robyn Le Cornu at rlecornu@gcs.com.ky to receive a refund Any cancellations after the deadline are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed after the conference. However, a paid registration is transferable to a replacement delegate from your company. Please note that no-shows will be billed for the full registration fee.
